JSC BANK AVANGARD’s credit rating has been again affirmed at the highest level by the independent rating agency Credit-Rating. The bank’s long-term credit rating has been affirmed at uaAAA, the highest possible level. The same highest rating has been given to the bank’s A and B series of registered unsecured bonds, each valued at UAH 100 million. This rating indicates that the creditworthiness of BANK AVANGARD and its bonds are the highest compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. Additionally, the outlook on the bank’s ratings and bond issues is “stable,” meaning there are no prerequisites for a rating review until 2024.
According to Credit-Rating, the bank’s deposit reliability rating is “5,” indicating the bank’s minimum sensitivity to adverse commercial, financial, and economic factors. The agency also emphasised that the probability of problems with the timely return of deposits is extremely low.
Svitlana Korchynska, Chairman of the Board of BANK AVANGARD, remarked on the rating agency’s decision: “BANK AVANGARD has once again received the highest credit rating on the national scale with a stable outlook. This is a significant accomplishment given the full-scale war in which the Ukrainian banking system operates. The bank’s assets are highly liquid and reliable, based on instruments with a state guarantee of repayment, such as government bonds and NBU deposit certificates, and funds on correspondent accounts with trustworthy banks.”
